Catherine MacLeod was an Associate Managing Director focused on the intersection of development economics and behavioural science between 2018 and 2025. Her Early Childhood Matters article was written during her time there. She is currently Head of Evaluation at the Youth Futures Foundation, focused on supporting evaluations on ‘what works’ for youth employment in England
