About Xuefeng

Xuefeng Chen is a Research Fellow, Deputy Director General of China National Children Center. Xuefeng joined UNICEF in 2004, as an educational specialist for ECD, being a child protection specialist (2007-2008), on child protection systems and network projects, and initiated child-friendly spaces. She leads ECE/ECD teams, and co-chairs the cross-cutting ECD working group in UNICEF China. She works on the national investment, policy and guidelines for ECE universalisation and developed a community-based ECD project.
