About Anduena

Anduena Alushaj has a master’s degree in Intercultural Cooperation for Development. She has been working in the fields of ECD and parenting support for more than 10 years now, as an ECD and GMCD (guide for monitoring child development) trainer, in Italy and abroad. Since 2019 Anduena has been the national coordinator of the project Un Villaggio per Crescere (a Village to grow up together), an Italian nation-wide project aimed at supporting parents and strengthen their competencies and parental responsiveness.
