About Noor

Noor is a dedicated social and environmental activist in the Arab community, she focuses on identity, cultural sensitivity and community. She is passionate about the power of group and identity, intergroups’ relations and how to make the world more accessible to vulnerable groups via strategic thinking, behavioral change, intrinsic empowerment and resilience. Her career includes leadership development and social initiatives. At Urban95 within the Israel Green Building Council, she advanced to her current role as the urban95s’ Arab society manager and mentor for municipalities. Noor holds a master’s degree in social psychology and decision making from Reichman University, Israel. She is also pursuing a second master’s in Natural Resource and Environmental Management, linking environmental awareness with early childhood development.
