
Uttara Bharath Kumar, has over 32 years of experience in global health practice through the Center for Communication Programs (CCP) and is Associate Faculty at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She teaches at BHSPH and has led courses in 20 countries. She is a member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG)on Behavioral Sciences for Better Health at the World Health Organization (WHO) and was instrumental in founding and mentoring three behavior-focused Non-Profit Organizations in India and Zambia. Ms. Bharath Kumar has an MHS in International Health from the Johns Hopkins University and a BA in English from Wellesley College.
