About Rania

Since April 2004, Rania Subaih has served as the Executive Director of the Zaha Cultural Center in Amman. She earned her bachelor’s in sociology from Yarmouk University and a master’s degree in media from Middle East University, where her research focused on promoting media literacy among Jordanian adolescents. Under her leadership, the Center hosts cultural and educational initiatives—from workshops and kids’ spaces to social forums—working closely with royal patrons and community leaders. Recognised with regional awards, Subaih champions creative development and youth empowerment through arts, sports, and media programmes.
