Patrice Martin is the Co-founder and CEO of The Holding Co., a design and strategy lab focused on ushering-in a modern care system through design solutions and partnerships to ensure that the future of care supports us all. Incubated by Pivotal Ventures, a Melinda French Gates company to accelerate social progress, The Holding Co. was founded in 2020 after a year-long, in-depth research review on the market potential and opportunity in caregiving. Patrice is also Co-founder of IDEO.org, the non-profit design organisation launched from the global design firm IDEO. Before founding IDEO.org, Patrice was a Design Director with IDEO.
