About Bela

Isabela Giordano Gil Moreira is a chef with a degree in nutrition, a television presenter and a writer. Founder of the food education institute, Instituto Comida e Cultura, Bela has written eight books. She runs the Camélia Ododo restaurant in São Paulo and is currently part of the cast of the programme Saia Justa on the Brazilian channel GNT.
