About Bárbara
Bárbara works at the intersection of early childhood development, education, and social policy. She has collaborated with the World Bank and national and subnational governments to design and implement evidence-informed strategies that strengthen frontline services, enhance parenting support, and improve territorial planning for young children and their families in Brazil, São Tomé and Príncipe. At Espaço Àra Educação, Bárbara co-leads the design and integration of community- and school-based approaches to early childhood development.
